What Are Screen Pops?  

A screen pop, also known as a call pop is an action that takes place in Salesforce or other CRM when a user receives an incoming phone call. The 50TEL Integration is a Google Chrome extension that connects your phone system (PBX) to Salesforce via APIs. When a user receives an inbound call, Loup grabs the phone number (DID) from the phone system (PBX), opens a new tab in Google Chrome and automatically searches Salesforce for any information tied to that phone number (DID).  The integration then call pops are like caller ID on steroids.

Is it hard to get the integration installed?

Not at all, you simply have to install the chrome extension by searching 50TEL Click to Dial and then login using your extension's login credentials.  

Does everyone have to install the intergration?

Absolutely not, only the users that require it have to install the extension.  Even then you can easily turn it on and off as required.  

Does the click to dial only work in my CRM?

Actually the Click to Dial feature will work with any phone number located in your Chrome Browser.
