I don't always have good internet on my phone, how would that effect call quality?

Good news is that for inbound call you can put your actual cell number to ring with your extension or directly in the queue so you don't have to rely on a good internet signal.  

Can I send SMS Messages from the App?

While the built in application supports SMS messaging, we have found that the texting app from Texting.Biz gives most our customers the features they are looking for.  So we configure all our texting to go through them.  

Do I have to use the webphone to get statistics?

No, with the same login that you use for the mobile application and desk phone you can login and see all your statistics.
